Return Policy

Defective Product

KC & CO./ and our vendor partners stand behind our products.  If you receive a defective product, please contact us immediately.  We will issue a return authorization and arrange for a call tag to have the defective merchandise picked up and returned to us at our expense.  We will either replace the defective product or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer.

Product Damaged in Shipment

We take care to pack your order so it arrives in good condition.  However, accidents do occur during shipment that are beyond our control.  It is your responsibility to inspect your order before you acknowledge receipt of the shipment.

  • If your order arrives damaged in shipment, please refuse delivery.  Contact us to have a replacement order shipped out.
  • If the damage is detected after receipt of the shipment.  Contact the shipping company and file a claim for the damage.  Contact us to have a replacement order shipped out.

All Other Returns

Returns for reasons other than defective product or damage in shipment, such as ordering the wrong label format, label size, or face stock are your responsibility.  You pay for return shipping and any restocking fee that may apply.

Note:  Please consult the return policy for the catalog from which you ordered the product to determine what, if any, restocking charge may apply to your order.

Please contact us for a return authorization number and a return shipping address before shipping the product back to us.

Return Authorization

We will not accept any returns without a return authorization number.  We cannot be responsible for processing any returns shipped to us without a return authorization number clearly printed on the shipping label and shipping carton.
